What about the chinese people. Recent desire to slow down speculation in chinese property have made gambling on property very difficult, thus removing a means of holding onto if not increasing their cash stash.

Here I am refering to the middle strata in chinese society. These people will also see inflation killing them. So....what to do?

I expect these people will do what culturally they have known for thousands of years - gold is better than cash. Indeed their govenrment has made it much easier for them to do this recently.

While such purchases are relatively small on an individual basis, the aggregate will be huge.

Then IMO gold will fly....
