text book capitulation

I'm not so sure that this bear market is following the text book rules.

Take a look at the market today....I dont see any indication of people thinking the market is going to do anything but go down for months-years yet to come.

Perhaps there is so much negativity around that we have hit the bottom?

I know my stocks can't go much lower, well they can, but surely 70% loss of capital is enough of a low.
