    If you base your investment buy decisions on such deciphering a text message that says really nothing much you probably deserve to lose money haha

    If you are an investor looking at it for the first time with no bias all they have to work with is basically

    A CEO telling everyone it will happen soon for the past 7 months, can't provide any definitive guidance though, but its happening soon and then it will all fall into place
