I'm just surprised that Scott would reply to individual shareholders via text message, and take the risk of saying something, that could be construed as giving out inside information. His cell number isn't on the Invictus Energy website so just the fact that some shareholders have his cell number, and others don't, and that he responds to some shareholders, and not others, makes you wonder if he is giving some shareholders an advantage. Whether Scott is or isn't, these days, everything is perception. Although I appreciate WatfordLad relaying the information, from a company perspective, and if I was Scott's legal counsel, I would advise Scott not to operating like this...
