Thanks for your comments. Below are some of the books/articles that I am ordering to help fill that technical void. I think the first book (even though it is focused on IGCC) and the first article will perhaps be most useful.

FF, I think you are right, it is all contained in technical journals. I did notice several patents that were available on the web. I tried to search for any that Ergo or Blinderman hold but couldnt find anything.
