I can't say with certainty but upon market close and entering pre-auction multiple offers at price points all the way down to $0.023 were entered. Fairly obvious they are looking for people to jump the queue and enter sales at below $0.023. I'm fairly certain, the same people are waiting with the large orders at $0.025.

Then again this morning, as bids were entered and pulled the asks were subsequently revised such that only the required amount to keep the SP at $0.025 was sold.

The chart for the last week shows the SP range bound. Again, it's all speculation. Who knows?
