By the way, Brendan Borg is the second largest shareholder of BGS. He is also holding GPP. We know that he can't make a comment on public arena here but his GPP  shareholding a good indication about what Brendan thinks about the potential of Morabisi project.

@ans25, yes the placement to "strategic investors" (including myself) by the management was a good move. I didn't sell anything after that placement (I bought more instead) as many others whom I know. Only the Mr. Boom (ML) and his mob sold out. Now they must be buying if they are smart.

As you can see Mr Boom is not a BGS shareholder, therefore I don't give him much credit in terms of being an investor as he is only a trader. I also keep Borg and Mr Boom separated in their investment and trading philosophies.

Being a trader can make you good money but being an well informed investor can make you rich. Borg has 6.5m BGS shares. He maybe paid 5c for them (paid $325k). Now they are valued about $2.7m. If the takeover happens at $1 share price he will get $6.5m from that stock. No one would be able to make that much only by trading  the stock. That's for sure.
