Then why promise something you cannot deliver?
This is basic business sense.
Bootleg, I know people just love to make excuses, but are you an employee, or do you actually run a business yourself?
If you're an employee, then I can understand your ignorance and somewhat idealistic sentiment.
It is better to under-promise, and over-deliver.
Any successful business, no matter where they are in their operating timeline, knows this.
Think outside the box occasionally.
