Totally agree - my belief is that a consolidation assists those wanting to manipulate downwards. Take the record holder (I believe) for consolidation, AXM. They went through a 100:1 consolidation and their shares are now down close to the value pre consolidation (OK, maybe a bit higher). It is the MC that reflects the true worth of the company as it is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it, not what people think it is worth. If the MC on ABU doubles, without dilution, I have doubled my money, simple, even for an old fellow like me.
