Yes, period set aside for DD is now at an end. If TZL had decided against purchasing or if they were out of the running then we would have heard before now to enable them to announce plans and provide updates. The fact that all is still silent strongly indicates that they are firmly in the running and thus cannot say anything. Those necessary commercial deliberations and processes may well take another 2 months to play out and still fit the Textron time scale already announced. Still looks good news to my reading. I'm certainly not selling.
