    Planned production a significant portion of current market supply,
    Reliance on strong future growth for what is essentially a niche product with questionable pricing assumptions,
    Sales agreement with a Chinese intermediary for a significant portion of planned production.
    The list goes on.. Wonder if a theme will pop up with their second target?

    In any case, it's quite a read
