    Why is there government backing in this announcement?

    Its a simple customer connection contract for Ergon to supply electricity to Cougar.

    Transmission line configurations will require heavy involvement from Powerlink (another government owned entity).

    Its core activity for Ergon and Powerlink to interact with customers in this fashion. It doesnt mean backing IMO.
