    Not sure if I'm missing what you are saying here, but one would assume that THC have a read-to-go CBD Only product.
    They probably only focused on the thc containing product as this was the focus of the industry (MM).

    IIRC they have had the past couple of months to register their CBD product for approval, in preparation for this moment.
