It is easy to be skeptical on news of the infusion sale before the end of the week. Management do not appear to be overly worried abut dilution and it will mean they raise the full amount from the underwriters and then get the infusion sale proceeds on top, thus extending the time until the next CR is due out beyond a year (with any luck).
