Yes, for sure Charles. I mainly wanted to point out that testing large numbers in a short space of time is not so difficult. I've seen airlines spend millions on a piece of infrastructure and then simply walk away from it when it they decided it wasn't suitable. There is no shortage of money to make things happen.
Then again, I've seen the airport increase the cost to the airline for the use of the aerobridge and the airline have refused to pay and just wheeled up a portable stairway and let the passengers use the tarmac.
