For reference, TGA is Australian and FDA is USA (and a lot more commercial influence in USA health than in AU).
Also @CuriousOne is a different fine chappie to @curiouswon - he got the name first!

I don't have the info you seek re PCR test "gold standard" reliability nor the testing labs, but maybe if you drill down into the TGA link you may find it.
Interesting note from TGA website:
"Available evidence on the performance of COVID-19 tests mainly comes from symptomatic patients, and their clinical role in detecting asymptomatic carriers is unclear."
