The decision is in, the TGA won’t (at this stage) down schedule these substances.
I feel the reasoning provided is sound, and the TGA has essentially indicated they are awaiting further phase 3 results.
note - this doesn’t at all impact the ability of Emyria to keep researching these drugs! Nor does it impact their cannabinoid work (promising bioavailability data out today in a separate announcement!).
if there’s a dip, I’ll be buying it.
