By the time the TGA approves, the US would have approved and this company will be way bigger than it currently is.
As I said in the other thread, there was such little chance the TGA would have made the decision just because of the big media fuss it would have caused. Also, there's no reason to make changes unless there is overwhelming evidence which there isn't yet.
It's just a big risk for the TGA to make changes because there is no processes in place to guide the usage of these drugs yet.
