I don't think that they want to provide an update as they may be forced to go back and forth a few times, which would mean multiple updates and some shareholders and the ASX may not like that. It's out of their control whether the TGA accept their new data/IFU/whatever, or they ask for a revision or for more data.

Their best option is to give a general timeframe guidance as they have, and release an ann once they have approval.

I don't see this dragging out past next week given that there's pressure now from the very top to get us approved and the statement that the TGA will work with the govt to get the approval, in addition to the company.
