Yep deeply considered buying more shares during our recent foray below $1.60
Spot on - I think we're in for good dividends and eventual capital growth to at least $2 a share in the next 2 years.
Historic dividends/ Share Price = 5.6% (same as a term deposit)
So without growth, we're pretty much left with a term deposit + franking credits.
On the other hand - I think if there is modest dividend growth then we will achieve greater than 6% yield which will eventually bring the shareprice (cf. today's historic div yield) up to around $2 (thus maintaining the historic yield at 5-6%)
TGA makes up just 5% of my portfolio, but perhaps it should be more.
