The announcement was expected to be made before commencement of normal trading this morning. That hasn't happened and its obvious that RHY is in discussion with the TGA to better understand their decision which we don't know what it is but seems obvious that the TGA has either rejected their submission or has asked for further evidence be provided such as more comparisons to positive and negative patients diagnosed via colonoscopy. They are most likely buying time in order to word correctly their announcement so that it has minimal damage when announced. I agree that if an announcement is not made before close of business today that the ASX will place the stock into a forced suspension.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement to be made by the Company to the market in
connection with the Therapeutic Good Administration submission (“purpose”).
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information in relation to the
request:
1. The trading halt is necessary to assist the Company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations as the Company expects to make a material announcement to the market for the stated purpose.
2. The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of commencement of
normal trading on Friday 3rd March 2023, or when the announcement regarding the purpose is released to the market.
3. The Company expects to make the announcement to the market before the commencement of
normal trading on Friday 3rd March 2023.
