Rhythm are working on something for sure. My guess is they got TGA approval (I can't see any reason why this would not be granted) and that this has lead immediately to them needing to address pending deals which are no doubt 'subject to TGA'. There may be a sort of auction between interested parties going on!

Imagine if Rhythm simple announced yes, TGA accepted to the market, end of story. They'd be inundated with companies wanting a piece of the pie, chaos!

I'm sure Rhythm have all their ducks well lined up behind the scenes to manage this scenario, with a deals ready to go. Deals require paperwork and legal checks, takes a few days.
