The ASX has the final say so its probable RHY are talking with them to thrash out the disclosure requirements. IF they were not talking at all, the ASX would have forced the suspension by now.

If they had TGA approval 2 days ago its very unlikely that it would not have appeared on the TGA website by now - which would also have been against market disclosure rules as it must come from them first.

Perhaps suspension is the best option so that eventually they can come back with something positive - rather than seeing the SP pummeled in the interim.
