I am unsure why you mentioned that 1937+ period but it is not unlike what I had imagined at one time for the current period.

The Sep 1937(2007) high into Mar 1938(2008) low was for sure.

Then into Sep/Oct 1939(2009) for a high was expected although I had conflicting cycles from May 2008 which said down for us but probably up for the US (wrong till Mar this year).

The sharp drop into May 1940 is what my 30 month cycle says for 2010. Check out every 30 month (2.5 yr) period from Oct 1987. Also check out what happens after Oct every 20 yrs from 1909 etc.
