    Great news.............hopefully i have to hold onto my hat.

    Mikes position to me indicates that he is welcoming offers from others to either do a JV or sell the asset to assist funding other projects. Either way it adds value to BMB by way of cash if sold or partially sold, or by way of tangible revenue once developed.
