From the reports that I've read, there's not that much construction to be done, it's not a project that needs Hundreds of millions like a lot of other gold exploration companies, TGM only requires an upgrade to existing infrastructure, from what i saw last it would work out to be $30m, which in the scheme of things is nothing. They'd make more than that in profit on 50,000 oz production.
