IAP looks like a done deal... shareholder vote very supportive >99%. And can't imagine FIRB would get to excited over an office property transaction.
Cash pile growing further now that they are not going ahead with PMG acquisition... >75c per share on recent TGP annoucement to market. Would be a good time for share buyback or special divvy, though I presume mgmt are looking to deploy it into their next T/A opportunity once IAP is settled.
