Here's a "back-of-the-envelope"
From the Annual report
- We are told that there's still approximately $80m in cash; any difference has been deployed.
- The Digital Infrastructure Fund (ASX:TDI) was worth $1.49/share @ June 30, and is today at $1.80. This $41.9m is now worth $50.6m. This fund invests in data centers, so is set to ride the same wave as NextDC.
- The REIT (ASX:TOT) was worth $0.87/share, and is still worth the same - but it has NTA of $1.13, and paying a quarterly distribution of 1.5c. On market buybacks will boost the share price.
- The takeover / refinancing of TCF (formerly AYF) involved about $4m investment; this has grown by about 10% so far but anticipate more once the raising is complete.
- $19m purchase into ED1, who have ~$20b FUA and ~$7b FUM. Redirect some of those funds into 360 Funds, please!
As I said, too confusing to really have a good grasp of where we should be. I'm just waiting for the money to keep rolling in.
