An alternative to OBV is Price-Volume Trend, which is similar to OBV in principle but calculated a different way, and tends to track the SP where as OBV is very different.
It shows the SP divergence from the PV trend, PVT is holding up, because the SP has been falling on low volume, whereas it rose on high volume.
It could suggest that its oversold, holders arent rushing for the doors, a few sellers have pushed the price down, which doesnt help determine who is right or wrong... just that something will have to give and bring it back into sync one way or another.
