I doubt they will usually disclose what their micro testing picks up. The detection levels are way below what will make somebody sick - but obviously Listeria is a known bacteria due to pregnancy impact - which adds to the panic. Obviously micro should pick that up - fish - like most animals, have a digestive system, and this contains microbes.

I doubt most food producers like talking about bacterial contamination, unless it actually poses a health risk. It would be on a need to disclose basis I expect.
