Why some salmon may not be as healthy to eat as once thought

New research has found eating salmon may not be as healthy as once thought.
The study found some farmed fish had dramatically higher fat totals and “bad” fat content than previously stated.
“It is a bit of a surprise,” Professor Michael Skilton, Professor of Nutrition and Cardiometabolic Health at the University of Sydney, said on 3AW Breakfast.
