Hellhagi, either way I would say they do not want to release anything that could alter the CR and share entitlement until close on Friday, after that the news should flow. Given Cannacord have committed (via way of full underwriting - and it looks as though they offloaded excess given the price drop) I would say they do not want negative or positive info to put them at a disadvantage.
