Actually it doesn't matter what the reason is for. We know the company is in good shape and for management to accept capital raising means that there is an opportunity to place some significant value add to it
Just me being selfish here, but I hope this lowers after trading resumes so I can reassume my position
Also note if you would that Mark Creasy bought in at ~2.15 even though he knew this was coming
