The only thing I think that they would use the CR for is to ensure that they can get a JORC resource out by Easter as they indicated at the AGM. Also it could be use to start working on a pre-BFS to get indicative costings on the development of a mine.
I am pretty sure that the JV with M. Creasy states that he is free carried through to the BFS, but then 30% ownership needs to invest in what happens after that.
