this explains to me the rather erratic sp over last few days. this has been known to a few.
wouldn't be surprised to see them raise $10m at $1.90 - $2 for 'working capital' (to their mates) Mgt seemingly dont trust the commissioning 100% and want a good contingency in reserve.
