I am suprised that the customs is an issue, "creative business activites" is part of doing business in Middle East and Africa. Noble should just hire a customs "advisor"...ie the top customs guy in Ghana, pay him a consultation fee for his "invaluble advice" in negotiating these "complicated" customs issues to ensure no hold ups for any equipment. In the long term it will save time and money.
