    i hope it has a good incentive to buy in it .. perhaps a 1 for 10 spp offer at 30c and underwritten .

    thats 80m extra shares to raise up to $24m ...with limited dilution 1 for 10.

    that would shoot the sp up over 40c for non holders to pick up on the offer before its closing date.
