RED's current share price is so low the market is valuing it as an exploration/ upcoming gold producer play. I do not think it can go much lower even if it takes a couple of weeks to fix any problem
I remember GRR had this even in March

As Happycats mentioned Western companies are on top of these issues promptly so RED management has done the right thing
Sure gold production may be down a bit but with the current low share price the likes of MML or even a Fillipino miner would be thinking why go out and find deposits when there are miners like RED selling for less than cost of construction materials?
