can someone please explain how the buyers and sellers depth is still fluctuating in a trading halt. another 15k just appeared on the buy side, and other have been coming and going since the halt. for a while on friday there was 70k for sale at .63, but that is going too. i thoguht while it was in halt, everything just froze?
