The macro for the main type of drilling (metal/mineral surface exploration) BLY conducts is a serious issue. Margins have disappeared. Hence, even if company manages to get more of its rigs into action, the profits are minuscule. SP is a fraction of its peak in the boom. Needs another commodity boom to eventuate before BLY can recover. Those USA drilling companies mentioned in other threads do a decent chunk of oil&gas work incl. offshore. Different ball game. But assume BLY is doing some CSG drilling?
