Request for Trading Halt
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Alcyone Resources Limited (“Alcyone, the Company”)
requests a trading halt on its securities pending an announcement to the market regarding a
proposed financial facility transaction that is material to the company.
The Company anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted on or before Tuesday 22
November 2011 by provision of an announcement to ASX regarding the proposed
transaction.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
