From experience, if it was planned then the stock would have been in a TH from the open. Since it traded for a while and then went into a TH would indicate the news was a surprise to AYN management.

All I can say is I may have dodged a bullet, or may have missed timed my entry. My long trade was third from the top at 8.7 cents before the TH. Now I am on the sidelines until I can assess the announcement.

I will see come Tuesday.
