The problem in dealing in MENA, particularly with a Gvt partner, is understanding their drivers and what outcomes they really want. Decision making can be v bureaucratic and slow. Having a corporate advisor may make alot of sense to TZN to get through this phase? V frustrating to all. a long wait i think, IMO
