given the amount of time to tell us that they found nothing that seems unlikely unless they wanted the halt to finish doing something and then announce. hey its anyone's guess I'd like to think that its positive but this end of the market is brimming full of disappointment and not stingy when it comes to portioning it out when things dont go perfectly well.
