Hi @bluesamurai I understand your comments, but you have to keep in mine who works for who, COB works for its shareholders first. A Lawyer has but one overriding obligation, always act in the best interest of his/her client a listed Director to always work in the best interests of his/her shareholders. Many other examples of he/she "who pays the piper" rule exist. Our whole investment structure relies upon this. 

@mlives makes mention of that very same salient point, BPL directors work in the exclusive interests of their shareholders, first, second and third. COB of course do exactly the same thing, all our investments on markets are fundamentally based upon these important responsibilities, in fact without them we would not have listed markets at all.
