Management will always do what's best for themselves, it's only human nature. If it means they keep their job or a good salary they will grab hold of that, if it increases the value of their share holding they will take that.The question for us is will that also be good for our shares?
Drilling will increase the value of our shares and finding oil will keep it there, only option that actually works for a small oil or gas company is to drill!
