It's not just about confidence in remaining assets, but having less confidence in the asset you're selling. I'm not sure how long you have been following CVN for, but look back at previous reports and you'll find they've spent a lot of time and money getting those wells to produce.
Not too long ago, I would've said it was not unreasonable to suggest that those assets might be worthless given that for an extended period it seemed to be more of a sink hole for money than a producer of oil.
