too true,,,, why upset the apple cart.
Someone posted an article recently that rated Colorado , then Thailand as the best places globally to mine when considering such issues as sovereinty,legislation, infrastructure, skilled worforce, tax etc.... and this was under the military regime!! and after they had increased mining tax rates.
Thaksin's proxy party, which is set to rule in a coalition, would surely be more pro-business than the military it displaces. Any one know different?
And the recent awarding of oil EL's to foreign companys, bodes well..... a pro mining agenda to curb relience on importing oil would make sense to who ever was in power., imo.
