As a matter of fact it does matter. I believe it matters to PL too. (my bolding). This is what he communicated to me when I pressed him on it.

What did I say? ... "PAM very specific on flow sheet for ore to carbonate and it is proven Chinese tech" This is all about risk management. Mining and refining Lepidolite into Carbonate is NOT "well understood" outside of China.

Form memory about one year ago, there was an article or announcement by Pan in relation to processing lepidolite.

The announcement was clearly Pan was going to use a different process other than China in relationship to extracting Lithium from lepidolite.

Not the Chinese processing.

The article and flow chart was identical to Lepidico processes and new technology.
