Takeover offers dont just occur because the price of a company has fallen dramatically over a few months.
People see that for what it is. Rubbish
Having said that, what a great way to manipulate the market. Buy up shares on the low then make a bullstwang takeover offer and sell into the rush. The way things are going on the ASX at the moment that wouldn't surprise me.
A takeover on AMP at the moment, I have to tell you Munch............"I think your dreaming"
